Pick Up, Shipping + Returns
In-person pick up is available from Boerum-Hill, Brooklyn, NY.
If you choose to pick up, no shipping costs will be added.
Select ‘Boerum-Hill PICK UP’ as the shipping option.
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the pick-up hours for that week.

All orders ship within 3-5 business days. Items are shipped via USPS and will include their standard insurance.
Shipping costs are based on weight, destination, and package size & will be calculated at checkout.
If you need your item sooner, please email us at email@example.com to determine the expedited shipping rate.
We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services.
All items are handmade and we can not offer returns or exchange.
However, if the order is broken during the delivery process, we are happy to give you a refund or replacement. Notification and a photo of the broken items must be received within 5 days of the receipt of goods for potential postal shipping claims inspection.
